Payment and Security

1. Payment methods

Bank card (Visa, Mastercard) — online, on Kapital Bank’s secure payment page. Online card payment is in the process of being connected; once it is active, a “Pay by card” option will appear on the order page.
Bank transfer — against an invoice or using the company details. You can upload the payment order on the order tracking page or in the app.
Cash — for personal orders, by agreement with the manager.

All payments are made in Azerbaijani manat (₼).

2. When you pay

Personal order — after the manager has confirmed the order.
Corporate order — under the contract: a 50% advance within 3 banking days after the contract is signed, and the remaining 50% within 5 banking days after the delivery-acceptance certificate.

3. How card payment works

When you press the “Pay by card” button, you are redirected to Kapital Bank’s payment page.
You enter your card details only on the bank’s page.
Your bank confirms the transaction with 3-D Secure (Visa Secure, Mastercard Identity Check) — usually an SMS code is sent to your phone.
After payment, you return to ordubadbazar.az; the result is shown in your order.

4. Security

The card number, expiry date and CVV/CVC code are not transmitted to Ordubad Bazar and are not stored on our website, app or servers. We are notified only of the payment result (successful or unsuccessful, amount, transaction number).
Card data is processed and protected by Kapital Bank.
The website transmits all data over an encrypted connection (HTTPS/TLS).
Never send your card details by e-mail, SMS or message — our staff will never ask you for them.

5. Refunds

A payment made by card is refunded to the same card. Details: Returns and Cancellation Terms.

6. Questions and problems
