New Year corporate gifts
We are now taking corporate New Year orders: logo chests for employees, partners and clients, each with a name card. Production time is agreed according to the order volume — call or write to us now to plan your date in advance.
Corporate gifts for every holiday
One contract can cover all the holidays of the year: Novruz, 8 March, Ramadan and Gurban (Eid al-Adha), public holidays and New Year. The contents and card are prepared separately for each holiday.
How to order
- Call us, message us on WhatsApp or fill in the form below — we choose the chest, quantity and budget together.
- The lid mock-up is sent for approval within 1 business day.
- The contract and its Annex No. 1 are signed (by SMS code, ASAN İmza or on paper), and a 50% advance is paid.
- Production starts once the mock-up is approved and the advance is received.
- The chests are delivered to the addresses on the list, a delivery-acceptance certificate is drawn up, and the remaining 50% is paid after the certificate.

What is the minimum number of chests I can order?
The minimum quantity depends on the chest: Nübar, Çillə and Süfrə — from 5 pcs; Mücrü, Sərşəhər and Xarıbülbül — from 2 pcs; Şahnişin and Zərnigar — from 1 pcs.
How is the company logo applied?
The company logo is laser-engraved on the lid, and the ribbon and card are chosen to match your brand colours. The lid mock-up is sent for approval within 1 business day.
How does payment work?
A corporate order is formalised by a contract: a 50% advance is paid within 3 banking days after the contract is signed, and the remaining 50% within 5 banking days after the delivery-acceptance certificate. An invoice is issued; the contract is signed by SMS code, ASAN İmza or on paper.
Do you deliver gifts to employees' addresses?
Yes. You send us the list — each box is delivered to its own address with a name card. Delivery to one address within Baku is free; for multiple addresses it is 10 ₼ per address. For a corporate order, a single delivery-acceptance certificate is drawn up.
How long does it take to prepare an order?
Production and delivery times are agreed according to the order volume and stated in the contract. Production starts once the lid mock-up is approved and the advance is received. For New Year, call us to plan your date in advance.
