These terms govern the use of the ordubadbazar.az website and the Ordubad Bazar mobile app, as well as the rules for ordering products through them. By submitting an order, you accept these terms.

1. Seller

2. Products and prices

• The products sold are the handmade wooden chests of the Ordubad Collection and the “Süfrə” cardboard box, containing dried fruit, nuts and jam.
• Prices are shown in Azerbaijani manat (₼). The final order amount is shown on the order page and in the confirmation.
• The rules on the website and in the app (quantity, lead time, delivery, price) take precedence over the general information in the collection catalogue (PDF).
• The contents of the boxes are put together according to the year’s harvest; images show the design, and the appearance of natural products may vary slightly by season.

3. Orders

• Personal order. An order submitted on the website or in the app is confirmed by our manager by phone; the order is accepted for fulfilment after the manager’s confirmation. For a personal gift, no name is written on the lid — the recipient’s name (“who it is for”) is recorded for each address.
• Zərnigar. This is a limited-edition chest (50 numbered copies a year). Personal purchase is by request only — via the Contact page; in a corporate order it is formalised by Annex No. 1, and the recipient’s name is written not on the lid but in the personal letter that comes with Zərnigar.
• Corporate order. It is formalised by a contract and its Annex No. 1 (contents, lid design — logo engraving, embossing or 24-carat gold, quantity). The full text of the contract is read and confirmed when placing the order; the company’s details (VÖEN, legal address, director, bank, VAT status, contact person) must be filled in completely. Production starts after the lid mock-up is approved and the advance payment is received.
• The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the name, phone number, address and company details provided in the order.

7. Account

• You sign in to the “My Account” (“Otağım”) section of the website with an SMS code sent to your phone number or with a password you create there, and to the app with an e-mail code or a password. The password must be at least 8 characters; after 5 failed attempts, sign-in is blocked for 15 minutes.
• Do not give others access to your account; the account holder is responsible for requests made on behalf of the account.
• You may delete your account at any time: Account Deletion.

8. Rules of use

Use the website and the app for lawful purposes only. Disrupting their operation, accessing another person’s account or submitting false information is not permitted; if these rules are breached, the account may be suspended.

9. Intellectual property

The Ordubad Bazar name, logo, box names, design, texts and images belong to «Ordubad Bazar» MMC and must not be used without permission. A logo uploaded by the customer for the lid is used solely for the preparation of that order.

10. Personal data

The processing of personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the legislation of the Republic of Azerbaijan. Disputes are resolved through negotiation and, failing agreement, in the courts of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

12. Changes

These terms may be updated. The new version is published on this page with a “Last updated” date; an order that has already been confirmed is subject to the terms in effect at the moment of confirmation.
